Rather than to transform the sounds in stereophony by the usual ways and, only AFTER, “to spatialize them”, these plugins allow to combine the two processes. 

The processings by themselves are not eccentrics : filters, delais, grains, pitch… but the multichannel design makes it possible to carry out things that are practically impossible to obtain by the simple juxtaposition of several stereo plugins.

Notes :
- it can be useful to use these plugins even in setups with less channels by combining their outputs
- they are well adapted for the 17.1 surround format
- some of these plugins exist also in 24 channels versions. Contact me if you are interested ;-)

All the plugins in this section behave one input to sixteen outputs (in 2D). Their typical use requires the simultaneous play of the two interpolation  rings: one controls the sixteen values of a specific parameter and the other determines the audition zone (what speakers are active).
Direct support of the gamepads with two analog joysticks.

17.1 delay / filter / reverb

 

 

- compatible with the 17.1 surround standard
- can be used for other surround standards with less channels like 10.2
- 18 multimodes filters with individual settings plus a global cutoff shifting, common resonance setting
- 18 delays, global feedback setting and values offset
- 18 channels reverberation with gate and freeze
- the reverberation settings are common for all channels except of course the intensity
- offset settings for grouped channels : front / rear / left / right / top / bottom 
- the LFE channel (4) can be processed like the other channels for true 18.0
